All hell breaks loose when the periodic bribe that is paid to a minister who protects himself against the intelligence services with the help of a gang doesn’t show up. Aforementioned bribe is being used to buy cocaine from Colombia without ever getting in the hands of the minister. The minister who protects a casino for this money acts to solve the issue. Casino managers who also get protection aid from an illegal organization have sponsored a girl named Havva who dreams of winning the Eurasia Marathon. Situation gets more complicated fueled by an atmosphere of violence and interest.
